"Right-to-Die" judgment from Court of Human Rights:
Fenella Morris took Diane Pretty's "right-to-die" case to Strasbourg. The Court held that the English court's ruling that Ms Pretty, who has since died, could not be aided in taking her own life was not a breach of her human rights.
